Bacon Wrapped Scallop Skewer
Three plump scallops are wrapped in double smoked bacon and charbroiled over hot coals.
Spicy Sautéed Prawns
Quickly sautéed in garlic, Sambal-Olek & lime butter. Served with grilled bread for the perfect dip. A great spicy treat!
Island Mussels & Clam Bowl
A pound of fresh island mussels & clams are steamed open with white wine, shallots, garlic, tomatoes & garden herbs. Finished with cream & hand shaved Parmesan.
Black And Blue Tuna
Ahi tuna is rubbed down with black and white sesame seeds and Cajun spices, then quickly blackened in a smoking cast-iron pan to a perfect medium-rare. Garnished with Pacific Rim sauce, honey wasabi, pickled ginger and Tobiko.
Baked Brie
Warm up with the classic. Roasted garlic, blackberry coulis, mango chutney, french baguette.
Ultimate Seafood Chowder
A big meal size bowl, loaded with halibut, salmon, cod, prawns, clams, mussels and veggies in a light cream broth. Served with a warm baguette.

A rich beef broth loaded with brandy, sautéed onions, topped with seasoned croutons and a four cheese blend.
Warm Goats' Nut Salad
Creamy Chèvre cheese crusted with hazelnuts and served warm on a bed of organic baby greens. Topped with a Burgundy and honey-glazed Anjou pear and our house raspberry vinaigrette.

Our signature dish for over 45 years! Crab, baby shrimp, creamy Brie, Jack cheese and scallions are tucked inside fresh halibut - oven baked and finished with an apple-brandy green peppercorn cream sauce.
Full Crab Dinner
A mouth watering, full pound of North Island Snow Crab. Served with melted butter, Caesar salad and a warm baguette.
Pacific Rim Hot Pot
A Tofino favourite! Fresh white fish, Island mussels, a scallop and plump prawns are simmered in a spicy red Thai inspired curry coconut cream, settled around an island of lime-scented Basmati rice & finished with fire roasted mango chutney.
Blackened Cod, Prudhomme-Inspired But Tofino's Own
Beautiful, fresh, locally caught cod (a sustainable fishery) is patted down with the subtle heat of the South, and blackened in a smokin' hot cast iron fry pan. Served with sweet fresh pineapple salsa and honeyed yogurt to help beat the heat. Served with potatoes.
